Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fire Sprinkler Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems. This role requires a strong understanding of fire safety regulations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, test, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) standards.
  • Conduct inspections and tests on existing fire sprinkler systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fire sprinkler systems and perform necessary repairs.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Stay current with industry standards and advancements in fire protection technology.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal fire safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fire Sprinkler Technician or in a related field.
  • Denver license or ability to obtain in reasonable time frame.
  • Back Flow License (preferred)
  • Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
