As a Dispatch Officer in an aero and defense location, you will play a crucial role in supporting security-related operations by monitoring, coordinating, and communicating vital information to on-site teams. You will help to deter incidents by maintaining a strong presence, conducting routine patrols, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires driving as part of your responsibilities. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate response to incidents within the aerospace and defense location.
• Receive, evaluate, and prioritize calls for service, relaying information to appropriate Allied Universal team members and/or emergency services.
• Document and log all security-related incidents, calls, and activities in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding visitors, contractors, or staff as needed.
• Assist in implementing emergency response procedures when required, maintaining calm and clear communication throughout.
• Support regular and random patrols by maintaining communication with patrol teams and providing relevant updates about the business and perimeter.
• Follow site-specific protocols and Allied Universal procedures to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
