Key Responsibilities
• Conduct trademark clearance searches and prepare availability opinions.
• Draft, file, and prosecute trademark applications and manage prosecution strategy.
• Counsel clients on portfolio development, enforcement, and brand expansion planning.
• Manage domestic and international trademark portfolios.
• Handle domain name disputes, advertising-related matters, and promotional regulations.
• Support litigation matters, including anti-counterfeiting enforcement actions.
• Provide copyright counseling where necessary.
• Participate in client development and relationship expansion.
• Supervise and guide junior attorneys.

Candidate Qualifications
• 5+ years of trademark-focused experience.
• Licensed in Illinois or eligible for Illinois Bar admission.
• Experience in prosecution and independent portfolio responsibility.
