In the AT&T Representative role, you'll play a vital part in connecting individuals and businesses with tailored wireless and Internet solutions, fostering long-term relationships, and representing the AT&T brand with integrity and enthusiasm. As an AT&T Representative, you'll be the bridge between customers' sales needs and the technologies that keep them connected.

AT&T Representative Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T with professionalism and drive as you promote wireless and Internet solutions through direct, consultative sales.
• Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations that communicate the value and advantages of AT&T's products and services.
• Customize service plans and sales packages based on customer needs, lifestyle, and budget to maximize satisfaction and conversion rates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, nurturing relationships that strengthen brand loyalty and long-term retention.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities to reinforce trust and satisfaction.
• Monitor and track personal performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly to meet or exceed team goals and sales objectives.
• Provide actionable feedback and insights from the field to leadership, helping refine sales strategies and improve overall results.

AT&T Representative Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is advantageous.
• Previous experience as an AT&T Representative is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented with a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Willingness to travel locally within your assigned territory to engage customers directly.
