Therapize Me is an outpatient counseling facility that helps individuals, couples, kids and families through difficult times, while also helping them create the life that they want and deserve through our programs.

Our mission is to provide our clients with quality therapy, while offering therapists a job and atmosphere where they can focus on what they really want to do, giving exceptional quality care to their clients. We have an amazingly skilled staff of therapists with a wide range of specialties on our team that meet for a weekly case consult.

Job Description
We are looking to hire an associate marriage and family therapist to join our team. (only apply if you have less than 1,500 hours towards licensure).

: Because our practice is owned by licensed therapist Eris Huemer, PsyD, LMFT, you are coming into an environment where we understand that therapists should have a work life balance. You will have the ability to create your own schedule and work remotely.

Our therapists are not responsible for any business management tasks, such as marketing or generating clients, completing intake calls, scheduling new clients, billing, maintaining and managing the office, etc. Our team provides administrative support so that our therapists can fully focus on their clients.

Preferred Caseload:
Take advantage of our marketing and partnerships which provides us with a steady influx of clients to make sure you always have a full caseload. Clients are screened prior to intake assessment to ensure the client is the right fit for you.

Steady Earnings:
We can fill up your caseload as quickly as you would like and keep you full, so that you never have to worry about being full. You can see as many clients as you would like, with a minimum of 20 clients per week. You are paid by direct deposit every two weeks and you are guaranteed payment for every confirmed session, including no-show and late cancellation protection.

AMFT Supervision & Support:
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be supervised by Dr. Eris Huemer and her team. Our administrative staff is also there to support you whether you have a technical, finance, or care related issue, you will receive a prompt reply 7 days a week.

Flexibility:
You are in control of your schedule. You can add or remove availability to fit your personal schedule and see clients weekdays or weekends.

Case consult:
Get connected to our amazing group of therapists via our weekly case consultations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a registered AMFT with the BBS in CA.
  • Masters or doctoral degree from an accredited university
  • Associates: Active pre-license associate registration
  • Must be able to provide telehealth

Compensation:

  • Guaranteed $30 per hour session for AMFT
