Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain various systems within our facilities. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and enhancing the overall experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing schematics and technical manuals.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential problems and implement preventive measures.
  • Execute welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in residential painting projects as required to maintain aesthetic standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.

Skills

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems.
  • Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including logic controllers.
  • Familiarity with schematics for effective problem-solving.
  • Experience in welding techniques for maintenance tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on communication and responsiveness.
  • Basic knowledge of residential painting techniques is preferred.
  • Leadership abilities to guide team efforts and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance is highly desirable.
