Job Summary:

The Food Service Project Manager will be a critical part of the Food and Beverage team, reporting to the Vice President of Food and Beverage. In this role, you Manage all aspects of Pricebook from a food service and franchise perspective including new item setups, vendor allocation, PLU creation. Job Description:

  • Provide context and analysis on the financial performance of food service programs, reporting to management as required.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and pricebook when necessary for promotional activity.
  • Manage all initiatives to streamline standards of food service brands in all stores.
  • Assist in the creation of documents like SOPs and training materials.
  • Assist in sourcing vendors and building relationships for the best of the company's interest.
  • Manage all aspects of acquisitions as it relates to Food Service.
  • Manage rebate contracts with manufacturers.
  • Manage and execute food service-related projects.
  • Maintain effective relationships with all vendors, meeting when necessary to review business objectives and performance.
  • Maintain good working relations with all colleagues in cross-functional teams: marketing, operations, training/HR, IT, price book, maintenance, constructions, etc.
  • Lead meetings when necessary to present food service initiatives.
  • Recommend purchases of new food service equipment.
  • Provide technical and subject matter expertise as required
  • Overnight travel may be required at times.

Additional Job Description:

  • In-depth knowledge of operational best practices, with a focus on the restaurant/convenience store industry a plus.
  • You have outstanding communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to work cross-functionally and diplomatically to solve complex issues.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to maintain strong attention to detail.
  • You always maintain a positive attitude towards work and the company.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Management, or a food related field

Pay Range:

$85, $128,700.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
