Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative
to our team

What You'll Do

As the communication hub between customers, office staff, and field crews, you will:


• Serve as the first point of contact for calls & emails


• Create and update work orders based on customer needs


• Dispatch trucks and crews using routing & mapping tools


• Monitor job progress & confirm completions


• Provide real-time ETAs, updates, or delay notifications


• Support drivers with site details & special instructions


• Troubleshoot issues and ensure quick resolutions


• Maintain accurate logs, routing data & documentation


• Assist with account setup and customer service tasks

What You Bring


• 1+ year experience in customer service, dispatching, logistics, or similar


• Bilingual: English & Spanish — required


• Excellent communication & multitasking skills


• Comfortable using computers, maps & dispatch tools


• Calm, solution-oriented approach in fast-paced environments


• Detail-focused with strong organizational abilities

Live within a commutable distance
