Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Director at The Camp Transformation Center located in Upper Marlboro, MD. The Assistant Director will oversee daily operations, assist in program management, lead and motivate teams, and ensure high-quality service to clients. Responsibilities include developing and implementing fitness and nutrition programs, managing staff, maintaining operational efficiency, and fostering client relationships to promote satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of fitness, wellness, or nutrition program design and implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship building
  • Organizational and multitasking skills with an emphasis on operational efficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the fitness or wellness industry is highly advantageous
