Summary:

The Graphics Designer plays a key role in bringing Pavati's luxury wake and drift boats to life through custom, visually stunning designs. This role combines creative artistry with technical precision, collaborating directly with customers and internal teams to design and produce high-quality boat graphics and vinyl wraps. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to balance hands-on creative work with production responsibilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers and Sales personnel to create custom designs for wake and drift boats, including both interior (paint, powder coat, upholstery, gator step) and exterior (vinyl wrap) elements.
  • Develop and refine design mock-ups throughout the pre-production process, ensuring customer satisfaction and sign-off on final designs.
  • Oversee wide-format printing and production of vinyl wraps for installation on customer boats.
  • Design and execute compelling brand visuals including logos, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
  • Create digital content for websites, email campaigns, and online ads to enhance brand engagement.
  • Prepare print-ready materials for banners, flyers, trade show displays, and other promotional assets.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and production teams to align creative output with brand and customer goals.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of visual or multimedia design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design versatility, and technical skill.
  • Solid understanding of color theory, layout design, and production workflows.
  • Experience with Blender 3D, photography, and photo processing preferred.
  • Experience operating wide-format printers and knowledge of preflight print processes, RIP software, and cutters preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
