In this role, you will provide front-line support to investors and contribute to back-office processes related to Transfer Agent and Fund Operations. You will guide investors through onboarding and KYC verification, support blockchain wallet interactions, and help manage the lifecycle of digital asset securities. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate record-keeping, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Support & Onboarding

  • Guide investors through the onboarding process, including KYC/AML verification, wallet setup, and platform navigation.
  • Respond to investor inquiries regarding onboarding status, required documentation, and platform use.
  • Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to resolve KYC/AML issues quickly and accurately.

Wallet & Blockchain Support

  • Provide technical support for investors connecting wallets (WalletConnect, MetaMask, hardware wallets).
  • Assist with troubleshooting wallet connectivity, token transactions, smart contract interactions, and gas fees.
  • Educate investors on wallet security, blockchain mechanics, and digital asset management best practices.

Transfer Agent & Fund Operations

  • Support Transfer Agent functions, including maintaining accurate investor records, processing share/token transfers, and managing corporate actions (distributions, redemptions, etc.).
  • Perform fund operations support, such as processing investor allocations, redemptions, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with fund administrators and internal teams to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconcile blockchain records with internal systems and traditional accounting/reporting records.

Platform & Operational Support

  • Monitor and process on-chain transactions (token issuances, burns, transfers).
  • Assist in maintaining investor transaction records and compliance documentation.
  • Identify and escalate platform issues to product and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to investor-facing knowledge base articles and internal support documentation.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize the investor experience and maintain regulatory standards.
  • Support the Operations team during fund launches, token issuances, and key corporate events.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in investor support, fund operations, transfer agency, or client services, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or digital asset environments.
  • Familiarity with blockchain concepts and wallet interactions (WalletConnect, MetaMask, hardware wallets).
  • Understanding of Transfer Agent operations and/or Fund Operations processes (capital calls, redemptions, reporting).
  • Experience with KYC/AML verification workflows and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting tokenized securities, digital asset funds, or blockchain-based financial products.
  • Familiarity with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721) and blockchain explorers (Etherscan, Polygonscan).
  • Knowledge of KYC tools (Sumsub, idology) and support systems (Zendesk, asana, hubspot).
  • Basic understanding of corporate actions, cap table management, and fund administration.
  • Prior experience in a regulated financial services or fintech environment is a plus.
