The ideal SKIMS store support is independent, motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences every day.

A day in a Life…

  • Maintain highest level of organization of back stock and maintain visual standard of the SKIMS shop

  • Owner of organization and SKIMS visual standards in the shop in shop

  • Ensure shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks & nesting tables are full and neat at all times.

  • Ensure fixtures are cleaned and maintained.

  • Monitor backstock to keep key items filled in at all times and communicate with Skimbassador if styles or sizes are running low

  • Responsible for running a replenishment stock list for inventory needs; then escalate needs monthly using provided template.

  • Ensure product is constantly filled in throughout the day.

  • Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms

  • Provide general support to the department, e.g. set up special events, organize backroom, markdowns, and relocate store fixtures

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$ $18.85 HourlyThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
