Distribution Manager

Location: Ogden, UT (On-Site)

Compensation: $20.00–$22.50 per hour (Full-Time, 40+ hours per week)

Position Overview

The Distribution Manager ensures every order leaves our facility accurately, efficiently, and in top condition. You'll oversee outbound fulfillment and the flow of product through our distribution processes. Beyond keeping daily operations tight, you'll help build better systems by improving workflows, optimizing space and movement, and training the team on best practices.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in hands-on work, understands the bigger operational picture, and cares about speed, consistency, and quality at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily fulfillment and distribution operations, ensuring all orders are accurate, on time, and meet quality standards
  • Pack products in a visually pleasing, brand-aligned manner
  • Improve workflows, layouts, and systems to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members across fulfillment and distribution
  • Track and report performance metrics to management
  • Coordinate closely with production and inventory teams to forecast and manage order flow
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and high-energy work environment
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement long-term solutions
  • Support distribution-related tasks such as pallet prep, freight coordination, and outbound shipment organization

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
  • At least 2 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations (leadership experience preferred)
  • Comfortable being on your feet throughout the entire shift
  • Proficient with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-driven

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
