What You'll Do- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on our motorcoach fleet (MCI, Van Hool, Setra)
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and manual expertise
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with major systems: engines, transmissions, brakes, HVAC, suspension
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure each vehicle meets operational standards
- Respond to road calls or breakdowns when needed, providing field service and emergency repairs
- Maintain accurate documentation: service logs, repair orders, parts used, labor hours
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to order and manage parts inventory
- Uphold a clean, safe, and organized shop environment, following all safety protocols
- Occasionally assist with road testing and quality control after repairs
- You have experience repairing heavy-duty trucks or buses (motorcoach experience is a plus, but not required)
- You have strong mechanical and electrical skills — you're comfortable working on complex systems
- You pay close attention to detail and have a strong commitment to safety and quality

Motorcoach mechanics are responsible for:
- Diagnosing mechanical faults using diagnostic equipment
- Repairing or replacing faulty bus components (engines, brakes, transmission, HVAC, electrical)
- Performing routine preventive maintenance (fluids, filters, brake checks, etc.)
- Keeping detailed maintenance records and documentation
- Communicating with drivers and team members about vehicle status and maintenance needs
- Performing road tests to ensure repaired vehicles are safe and compliant
