Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist (Contractor) to support our
in vitro
and
in vivo
platform, contributing to cutting-edge projects that enable next-generation drug discovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute cell line generation and related in vitro studies to support diverse therapeutic programs.
  • Contribute to the development of novel in vitro platforms tailored to project needs, spanning immune cell assays, co-culture systems, and high-content screening approaches.
  • Lead laboratory operations activities as needed, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality outcomes.
  • Engage proactively with clients to ensure their project goals are clearly understood and successfully achieved.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliver high-impact data.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Immunology or a related life science field, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant industry laboratory experience.
  • Proven expertise in immune cells, primary cells, co-culture, and in vitro assay development, including experimental design, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently while driving multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Details

  • Contractor position with potential extension based on performance and project needs.
  • Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
