As an Entry Level Customer Representative - Telecommunications, you will be the first point of contact with customers seeking assistance, sales upgrades, or service adjustments with their products and services. Your primary responsibility will be providing exceptional customer service during the enrollment and sales process, answering questions, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities of an Entry Level Customer Representative - Telecommunications:

  • Engage customers in sales presentations with the goal of enrolling them in new services or upgrading their current ones.
  • Ask questions to better understand the customer's needs and provide the best solutions throughout the full-cycle sales process.
  • Process orders, sales upgrades, and service changes accurately and efficiently.
  • Educate customers about new products, promotions, and service options to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with AT&T Enrollment Associate and Sales team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service.
  • Uphold our firm's and clients' commitment to customer satisfaction and company policies.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Customer Representative - Telecommunications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is advantageous.
