What You Will Do

As the Director of Marketing and Care Transitions, you'll oversee and grow all aspects of our outreach, client engagement, and care navigation across Butler and Beaver Counties. You'll drive growth through partnership development, lead generation, and community education — while ensuring exceptional client experiences at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Community Growth:

Develop and implement local marketing and outreach strategies that build strong referral networks with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and senior living communities.

Drive Care Transitions:

Guide families through the care transition process, ensuring their loved ones find the right support, environment, and resources.

Represent the Brand:

Act as a visible leader and ambassador for CarePatrol at events, professional associations, and community organizations.

Build Lasting Partnerships:

Strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and social service agencies to create seamless referral pathways.

Collaborate:

Support professionals and referral sources in the community to ensure high-quality service, consistent communication, and successful collaborations.

Measure and Improve:

Track marketing metrics, referral growth, and client satisfaction to continuously refine strategies and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Proven success in healthcare marketing, business development, or care transitions (senior living, rehab, or post-acute preferred).

Strong communication and presentation skills to engage professionals and families alike.

A history of meeting or exceeding growth and performance goals.

Deep empathy and professionalism in handling sensitive conversations about care and aging.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout Butler and Beaver Counties.

Compensation & Growth

Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives and commissions.

Average annual earnings of $100,000+ achievable with performance-based results in year one.
