We're hiring Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team If you're reliable, friendly, and ready to learn, we provide full paid training to help you succeed — no call center experience needed

What You'll Do:

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide clear and helpful information about services, policies, and procedures
  • Assist customers with billing questions, account support, and general inquiries
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our system
  • Follow up to ensure customer issues are fully resolved
  • Work closely with teammates and supervisors to maintain high service standards
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) — required
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
  • 1 year of office experience required
  • 1 year of Microsoft Outlook experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Must be able to reliably commute to our office
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday + Rotating Saturday
  • Part time, (Friday, Saturday, Monday and Thursday)
