Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time position focuses on building strong relationships with operators and distributors within the Greater Kansas City Area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with operators and distributors in the food service industry.
  • Conduct regular sales calls to promote our clients' products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders and programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activity, and new product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food service or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the food service industry—specifically operators and distributors—is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
