Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Banquets, located in Palm Beach, FL. The Director of Banquets will oversee the daily operations of the banquet department, including the planning, coordination, and execution of events. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high service standards, ensuring collaboration with other departments, and achieving financial goals. The role requires leadership in cultivating a guest-focused environment and fostering a motivated and organized team.

  • Experience in banquet operations, event planning, and execution
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and customer service best practices
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and achieving revenue targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or event management setting is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
