Community Association Manager

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet with Associations onsite as needed for projects and review.
  • Willingness to manage and assist in special projects and community improvements.
  • Manage all operations for a community association portfolio including single-family homes, condos, and PUDs.
  • Working extensively with the Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners within the various communities. Provide guidance and leadership with clients on best practices to manage their community and follow all applicable laws.
  • Manage and support Community Associations in all capacities including all association affairs and compliance issues
  • Manage and run monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and annual Board Meetings. Must be available for occasional night-time board meetings.
  • Communicate for emergency phone calls and general coverage.
  • Create budgets and manage financials.
  • Maintain community compliance process.
  • Update and maintain association communications and ensure current information is displayed on the association bulletin boards and website.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends.
  • Compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Follows all Human Resources policies. Attends/participates in all required training and mandatory meetings.
  • Any additional job duties as required by a supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Prior Community Management (HOA) Experience.
  • Experience with budgets, financials, and general management operations.
  • Strong Computer literacy and working knowledge of current technology, including social media.
  • Strong leadership skills with high-level communication skills in verbal and non-verbal methods.
  • Attention to detail and organization, punctual.
  • Community Association Institute Designation (CMCA)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $80,000.00 per year
