The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of Digital Assets team, as a Lead .NET Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our distributed identity and compliance framework, as well as other components of our financial service platform. You will work closely with other team members, including architects, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the growth of the company.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of .NET software solutions
- Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software projects
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes and practice

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and/or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development using .NET technologies
Talents Needed for Success:
- Solid understanding of C#, .NET, and related frameworks
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proficient in SQL and database design
- Experience with modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fosters a culture where integrity and transparency are encouraged.
- Knows the latest on changes their own specialist area and seeks out learning opportunities to ensure knowledge is up-to-date.
- Invests effort to individually mentor others.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
