Lower Lights Health is a faith-based, nonprofit community health center, dedicated to providing full-service medical home care focused on quality whole-person wellness. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Lower Lights Health aims to transform the overall health of Central Ohio by serving one individual and family at a time. LLH offers comprehensive services including Primary Care, Women's Health, Behavioral Health, and more, available to all regardless of the ability to pay. Since its inception in 2002, the organization has grown to seven locations, employing 170 medical professionals and staff, and caring for 15,000 patients annually across Central Ohio.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Financial Analyst, located on-site in Columbus, OH. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial planning and analysis, preparing financial statements, and generating financial reports. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, monitoring financial performance, and providing insights and recommendations to improve financial health. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to support decision-making processes and ensure financial objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong Financial Planning and Financial Reporting skills
  • Proficient in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge of Finance principles and practices
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
