Job Summary:

The Project Engineer position is responsible for interfacing with multiple project teams, ensuring project goals have been met and executing company objectives.

Essential Duties& Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing project activities from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Support the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and project proposals.
  • Develop Visio Workflows
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and team members to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

  • Team Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work with cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned project(s), ensuring clear and transparent communication among all team members and stakeholders.
  • Risk and Issue Management:
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate or resolve them.
  • Handle project issues, changes, and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that project risks are communicated to all stakeholders and that mitigation plans are in place.
  • Project Delivery and Evaluation:
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the agreed-upon scope, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to ensure successful completion

Experience & Education:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in industry
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is required. (1-5 years)
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, , or similar tools).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
