Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Business Analyst, based in Falls Church, VA. The Business Analyst will work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while identifying opportunities for process improvements. The role includes developing detailed business process models, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring smooth implementation of solutions tailored to business needs. The individual will proactively analyze business challenges and provide actionable recommendations to help achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Analysis and experience in identifying and documenting Business Requirements
  • Expertise in analyzing and improving Business Processes
  • Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret data effectively
  • Exceptional Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, including verbal and written communication
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in government or commercial consulting projects is desirable
