Program Coordinator - Community Housing Services

Starting Pay: $24.00 to $25.00 based on qualifications

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Seward neighborhood)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours

Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Process insurance billing with Medical Assistance in electronic health record
  • Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues with finance team
  • Coordinate insurance billing with community partners
  • Track and maintain service authorizations in electronic health record
  • Assist with client admissions and discharges
  • Compile program data as directed by the program director
  • Maintain program records in electronic health record

Administrative Coordinator Requirements:

  • Two to four years related experience
  • Experience with insurance carriers and medical assistance strongly preferred
