We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate treatment plans and appointments while managing calendars effectively.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems to assist patients with inquiries and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate patient records through data entry and filing systems.
  • Provide clerical support including proofreading documents and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with customer support by addressing patient concerns and providing information about services.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with office management protocols and maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate patient care and treatment processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office environment, preferably as a dental receptionist.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with dental software DENTRIX
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for patient interactions.
