Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient interactions, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in various office software. The Treatment Coordinator will be the first point of contact for patients, making it essential to maintain a professional demeanor while providing exceptional support.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate treatment plans and appointments while managing calendars effectively.
- Handle multi-line phone systems to assist patients with inquiries and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate patient records through data entry and filing systems.
- Provide clerical support including proofreading documents and managing correspondence.
- Assist with customer support by addressing patient concerns and providing information about services.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with office management protocols and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate patient care and treatment processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment, preferably as a dental receptionist.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with dental software DENTRIX
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for patient interactions.
