 KEY OBJECTIVES:  To provide quality community-based services in McPherson County for children/adolescents and adults who are Prairie View clients and have been identified as severely emotionally disturbed, or persons with persistent mental illness, and to give support to their families.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in human services related field required; or other approved work/personal experience accepted. 
  • Minimum Experience: Previous case management experience preferred. But willing to train the right person 
  • must be comfortable working with & setting boundaries with children between the ages of 2-18.
  • must have the ability to prioritize work and be independent. 
  • solid foundation of computers is required.  
  • requires flexibility with schedule, as some days can vary based on the needs of the patients and organization.
  • must have valid driver's license and be insurable through Prairie View insurance company.
  • must be able to pass extensive background checks.
  • The right candidate will be patient, organized, and have the motivation to provide caring and competent community-based services in the community, school, and in a patient's home.
