Our more than 6,000 employees are proud to work at our state-of-the-art sawmills and other facilities, including: manufacturing, custom wood-framed windows, fabrication, millwork, veneer, cogeneration, trucking, forestry, and other operations.

Currently, we are seeking a qualified Office Support person to work collaboratively with our production department at our Windows division in Red Bluff, California.

About the Position

  • Communicate, coordinate, and assist in processing orders for production
  • Schedule orders for production in one or more departments
  • Work with the Inside Sales and Service teams to ensure orders are correct prior to scheduling
  • Verify the accuracy of production drawings and compare the drawings to orders for custom products
  • Coordinate approved or necessary order changes with production
  • Coordinate the expediting or canceling of an order with production when required
  • Complete and manage assigned tasks in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated recent and relevant product/paperwork knowledge
  • Prior or current knowledge of window quoting systems and AS400 is beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • High regard for accuracy
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and organized
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
