Laundromat Attendant

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role is essential in ensuring guests have a positive experience and that all operational standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with their needs in a courteous and professional manner
• Handle laundry cleaning services efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and process payments with basic math skills
• Perform light cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the facility
• Fulfill WDF, PUD orders accurately and on a timely manner

Qualifications

• Laundry folding skills
• Spanish/English
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
• Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and guest needs
