The Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the clinical supply chain team to ensure the timely preparation, documentation, and tracking of investigational medicinal products (IMPs) and related clinical trial materials. This role focuses on accuracy in documentation, coordination of routine supply tasks, and support of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare and maintain supply documentation, including shipment records, packing lists, and tracking logs.
- Support the setup and maintenance of inventory databases and trial supply management systems (IRT, ERP, or internal tools).
- Support order entry and communication with manufacturers to produce IMP's.
- Assist with labeling and packaging coordination activities, under supervision.
- Track and file batch records, temperature logs, regulatory compliance, and other documentation as required.
- Communicate with internal teams to provide updates on shipment status or documentation requests.
- Perform data entry, filing, and archiving to support audits and inspections.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies in supply chain records to senior staff.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Life Sciences preferred.
- 1+ year of administrative, supply chain, or related operations experience (internships acceptable).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Smartsheets experience is desired.
- Familiarity with databases or inventory systems such as Snowflake and SAP is a plus.
- Accuracy & attention to detail in documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to learn regulatory and compliance requirements.
