Beaumont at Westborough is seeking a certified Recreation Director to join our team of dedicated professionals, overseeing the broad spectrum of unique and regularly scheduled recreation programs that address areas of interest of all residents living within the Community. 

Prior experience as a Recreation Director in a Skilled Nursing Community is required

The Recreation Director will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for residents through the development and implementation of engaging recreational programs. This position requires a strategic thinker who can assess the interests and needs of the community, ensuring that activities are inclusive and accessible to all. The Recreation Director will oversee a team of staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation in program design. Additionally, this role involves managing budgets, securing resources, and evaluating program effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement. Ultimately, the Recreation Director will create a vibrant community atmosphere that promotes physical, mental, and social well-being among residents.
