Job Description
As part of the Oracle Hardware Development team within OCI, a Senior Hardware Technical Program Manager (TPM) plays a critical role in aligning priorities from various teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving end-to-end execution of complex products.

This GPU HArdware TPM will drive design, coordinate, and execute technical solutions that have huge impact to our customer experience and scalability. Understanding Hardware Engineering, designs, various cloud technologies and technical trade-offs, the ideal candidate will be an exceptionally strong communicator, both written and verbally, have a well-rounded Hardware technical background, and come with a history of leading large-scale designs end-to-end.

Responsibilities
Drive execution and drive the design, development and implementation process of specific product involving all Hardware Engineering functions, Manufacturing Operations and OCI Data Centers departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.

Closely integrate the engineering of our JDM with Oracle and GPU Vendor

Customer and stakeholder communication & engagement:

Document customer requirements/gaps/difficulties & prioritize

Articulate the status, progress made and next steps through engagements and weekly status reports to SVPs

Convert customer requirements into engineering requirements and articulate them to engineers

Work hand in hand with designated Platform leads & GPU\CPU suppliers

Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending

End to end ownership of overall product

Supervise the project from initiation through delivery.

Validate and review final products per requirements including technical reports, test metrics and processes before releasing to customers

Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.

Mitigate risks/showstoppers, handle customer issues

Represent the product/team up to the SVP level independently and at a higher level with appropriate coaching.

Be the most knowledgeable person in the team about the execution, technical Issues, the trade-offs and the whys behind them.

Ability to explain your team's analyses and recommendations to leadership while discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with senior engineers and product managers.

Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous situations, directing changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
