About Dature
Dature (dā-chər) is seeking a highly skilled CRM Systems Manager to own and optimize the CRM ecosystem across our portfolio of businesses. This role sits at the intersection of Operations, Marketing, Data, Media, and Client Strategy, ensuring smooth workflows, accurate reporting, and scalable systems across GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Clio, , Shopify, Salesforce and connected automations.
This is a deeply cross-functional, high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate business needs into technical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Ownership & Administration
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, Clio, Salesforce, and
- Own pipeline architecture, custom objects, fields, permissions, and workflow logic.
- Create, document, and enforce CRM standards, naming conventions, and governance.
Workflow & Automation Building
- Develop automations (GHL, Zapier, Make, n8n) for intake, lead routing, client onboarding, reporting sync, and lifecycle management.
- Build cross-system workflows: CRM Ads, CRM Shopify, CRM BigQuery, CRM Email platforms.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with:
- Marketing for segmentation, automation, UTM tracking, and conversion flows
- Data & Analytics for reporting accuracy
- Media for attribution and lead quality tracking
- Client Strategy for pipeline optimization
- Operations for SOPs & handoffs
Data Integrity & Reporting Support
- Maintain lead/source accuracy and standardization across systems.
- Ensure proper syncing for reporting tools (Looker Studio, Qlik, BigQuery).
Documentation & Training
- Produce clean system documentation, diagrams, SOPs, onboarding materials.
- Train internal teams on CRM usage and workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and eagerness to grow professionally.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years experience in CRM administration (GHL preferred; HubSpot/Salesforce a plus).
- Strong understanding of relational data models, custom objects, and workflow design.
- Hands-on automation experience (Zapier, Make, n8n).
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, ad attribution, and lifecycle stages.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams (Ops, Marketing, Data, Media).
- Highly organized with strong documentation habits.
Nice-to-Have
- SQL familiarity (BigQuery, Snowflake, MySQL).
- Looker Studio or Qlik experience.
- Shopify + Klaviyo knowledge.
- Experience in multi-brand, agency, or PE environments.
