THE JOB:
Join our team as a Busser/Runner at MGM Northfield Park, where you'll ensure a clean and sanitary dining environment by removing dirty dishes and supplying essential items to tables. Working alongside our Food Servers, you'll help deliver outstanding guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality, we want you on our dynamic team

THE STARTING RATE: $13.70

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner

  • Clean and sanitize all equipment

  • Keep floors free of debris and spills

  • Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property

  • Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station

  • Clean and sanitize tables and chairs

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Has effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills

  • Has knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations

  • Has experience in a restaurant as a Bus or Food Runner

  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Has at least 6 months experience working in a restaurant as a Busser or Food Runner (preferred)
