The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all tasks from execution to finance in the project after its turned over from estimating until final project close out. The Senior Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the entire project. Specifically, The SPM manages the budget, purchasing, as well as obtains the information, authorizations, and drawings needed for the construction of the project. Compensation commensurate with experience. Negotiable. Reports to the Vice President of Operations
