Were looking for a Senior MSP Engineer to join our dynamic team and take the lead in providing high-level technical support and solutions for our customers.
Position Overview**
:

This is a hybrid position, requiring occasional in-person meetings in Corona, CA. As a Senior MSP Engineer, you will design, implement, and support IT infrastructure for our clients, handling complex technical challenges and leading projects to successful completion. You will also guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring that solutions are aligned with client business needs.
Key Responsibilities
:

• Design and implementMicrosoft infrastructure and cloud computing services such Microsoft 365 and AWS.
• Deliver solutionsthat meet customer business requirements, while discussing associated benefits and risks.
• Develop and maintain relationshipswith key technical contacts within customer accounts, becoming a trusted adviser.
• Collaborate with project coordinatorsto ensure successful completion of projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new deployments.
• Deploy and manage Windows Server environments, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure.
• LeadMicrosoft 365 and AWS Migrationsfrom outdated on-premises configurations to cloud-based systems.
• Configure and maintainnetworking solutions, including firewalls, routing, and switching.
• OverseeSharePoint troubleshooting and migrations, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Implementvirtualization solutionsusing Hyper-V and VMware, ensuring scalable and reliable infrastructure.
• Install and maintain security tools, following procedures and policies to ensure compliance and protect client environments.
• Conductnetwork assessmentsand provide actionable recommendations to improve infrastructure and security.

Qualifications
:
Technical Skills
:

• 10+ years of professional IT experience, with at least 5+ years in an MSP environment.
• Expertise inMicrosoft 365,AWS, andAzurecloud platforms, includingmigrationsand new setups.
• Extensive hands-on experience withWindows Server deploymentsandcloud infrastructure design.
• In depth knowledge and experience with variousnetworking technologies and practices(firewalls, routing, switching, QOS, VLAN).
• Experience withSharePoint troubleshootingandmigrations.
• Proficiency invirtualizationtechnologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Knowledge and experience with a wide range of security tools and compliance frameworks
• Experience withweb hosting, CMS, and web maintenance is a plus.

Other Qualifications
:

• Bachelors degree in IT or related fields or certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, etc.) preferred but not required.
• Strongproblem-solving skillswith a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skillsto work with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proven ability todocument and notate extensively, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and thoroughness in all technical documentation and end user communications
• Ability toadapt to new technologiesand continuously improve skills.
• Experience in aconsulting environmentis preferred.

Additional Requirements
:

• Must have avalid drivers licenseand reliable transportation for periodic travel to client locations in Corona, CA.
• Must be able to pass background checks and pre-employment assessments.
