Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization, is looking for a Data Program Manager to lead multiple critical projects and drive organizational success.

Position Summary:
This Program Manager role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, organizing efforts, and ensuring deadlines are met. The PM will oversee individuals who are not PMs by trade, including engineers and managers currently leading these projects. Key initiatives include HANA-to-Snowflake migration, BI consolidation, Snowflake multi-region setup, real-time monitoring rebuild, and reporting platform migration from Tableau to Power BI. The role requires strong program management skills, proficiency with project management tools, and familiarity with data warehouse technologies.

  • Oversee migration projects, including HANA-to-Snowflake and reporting platform migration.
  • Drive the transition from current project management tools to Planview.
  • Collaborate with three managers and report directly to the Director.
