Job Details

This is a true run-your-own-business type of role. Our Project Managers are given the freedom to operate independently while being supported by an established company infrastructure. You will:

  • Develop and secure your own projects, building strong relationships with clients and general contractors.

  • Perform takeoffs and estimates using OST.

  • Oversee projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and field management.

  • Collaborate with general contractors, architects, and clients to ensure quality and timely delivery.

  • Manage crews in the field, directing day-to-day operations and resolving issues proactively.

  • Handle high-level projects, including high-end office buildouts, medical facilities, and data centers.

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. There is no hand-holding or training – we expect you to hit the ground running with your drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling expertise.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in commercial interiors (drywall, framing, ceilings).

  • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.

  • Comfortable managing large-scale projects with complex scopes.

  • Skilled at building client relationships and representing the company professionally.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate field crews.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and grow your own portfolio of projects.
