Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Assistant – Aesthetic & ENT Practice (Tampa, FL)

Art Form Plastic Surgery, a boutique facial plastic surgery and ENT practice in Tampa, is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or experienced Clinical Assistant to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to work in the start-up Safety Harbor location directly alongside a fellowship-trained Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon in a refined, patient-centered environment where clinical excellence meets artistry.

About the Practice

Art Form Plastic Surgery combines advanced facial plastic surgery, injectables, and aesthetic treatments with comprehensive ENT care. This start-up solo practice offers a unique opportunity to participate in both medical and aesthetic services, helping develop patient relationships, build clinical skills, and expand surgical and aesthetic volume.

Role Overview

This multi-faceted position blends clinical, administrative, and operational responsibilities and will evolve as the practice grows. You'll support ENT and aesthetic patient care, assist in procedures, manage scheduling, and maintain a polished patient experience. This role is ideal for a self-starter looking for variety, autonomy, and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct and assist with ENT evaluations, follow-ups, and minor procedures (PA/NP only)

· Support aesthetic procedures, injectable treatments, and patient consultations

· Serve as the physician's right-hand for daily clinical and operational needs

· Front desk duties: reception, patient/vendor interactions, phone communication

· Administrative duties: scheduling, calendar management, private-pay bookkeeping, billing, and insurance tracking, keen attention to detail

· Maintain exam rooms and waiting areas in pristine condition throughout the day

· Daily office refresh and preparation for the next day

· Receive and act on supervisory feedback; communicate support needs clearly

Qualifications and Application

· Florida PA-C or APRN license desirable; medical or clinical experience required

· Self-starter with ability to prioritize multiple duties independently

· Exceptional communication skills with welcoming and engaging new patients, pleasant, professional and calm demeanor, impeccable grooming

· 3 business and 2 personal references required

· Entrepreneurial mindset, interested in growing with the practice

Percentage of collections for injectable and aesthetic services performed; opportunity to build patient panel and advance to Senior Provider or Office Manager

Non-licensed candidate / Clinical Assistant

$20–$28/hour

Performance-based bonuses; opportunity to learn aesthetics and assist with growth of the practice; potential to move into PA/NP track if licensure obtained
