The Role:

We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative who can own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close all over the phone. You'll be speaking with inbound and outbound leads, running discovery calls, handling objections, and guiding prospects to a confident "yes."

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients
  • Build rapport quickly and identify key needs during discovery
  • Deliver persuasive product pitches and handle objections professionally
  • Close deals confidently over the phone and hit monthly quotas
  • Maintain detailed notes in CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, door-to-door sales, or phone-based account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and virtual communication tools
  • Bonus: Experience selling
