Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent

  2. Knowledge of Google Workplace Applications

  3. Knowledge of common office software and equipment

Duties:

  1. Communicate effectively by phone and in person, with students, parents, staff, and community members in a friendly and professional manner.

  2. Call, supervise, and log student visits to the Counseling Office.

  3. Distribute homework request forms to teachers and compile the homework.

  4. Create a variety of correspondence and documents.

  5. Coordinate and schedule new student visits and tours.

  6. Check in outside service providers to meet with students.

  7. Enter group/activity into the student information system for counseling groups.

  8. Organize, distribute, collect and follow up on registration for the upcoming school years.

  9. Make appointments/arrangements for parent conferences with counselors.

  10. Contact various school districts to obtain new student records.

  11. Coordinate, and assist Associate Principal with State and District testing.

  12. Contact families regarding student registration, while assisting the Administration Center with registration duties as needed.

  13. Keep current with best practices and requirements as they relate to your job assignment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $18.71 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
