Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team with daily operations, customer communication, and administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between sales representatives, management, and customers, helping the team achieve sales goals and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, presentations, and sales documents.
- Coordinate and track orders, quotations, contracts, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Maintain customer records, databases, and sales-related documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and assist in resolving issues.
- Support sales meetings, events, and scheduling activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular status reports for management.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or office administration preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
