As an AVP, Quality Engineering Manager, you'll serve as a strong and versatile hands-on technical leader. Our ideal candidate is a servant leader who can lead multiple parallel initiatives – big and small - with attention to detail, manage outcomes and is passionate about CI/CD/DevOps/Software Quality Engineering.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET's) working in Agile model supporting Cash and Asset Management delivery teams to achieve consistent, predictable, high-quality releases by implementing common practices, tools, metrics, automation frameworks, oversight and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative and rapidly changing environment.
Manage resources across different geographical locations and offshore vendors
Work as a leader/trainer in a large, complex QA organization, with a demonstrated ability to implement scalable automation solutions
Provide end-to-end, performance testing guidance, oversight and resourcing for defined, funded initiatives
Drive innovative testing solutions within a complex Enterprise Platform
Educate team with Security, Accessibility scans / testing, PLSQL
Provide guidance and strategy on testing AI/ML powered applications / Bots
Attract, hire, empower and develop the best engineers
Driving quality metrics to improve customer quality
Drive release efficiency, reduce regression cycle time, and time to market

Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's in computer science or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Engineering and management roles
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in development (Java, JavaScript, C#, or any other object-oriented programming language), execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts
Experience with Jenkins, Bamboo, GIT, SVN, Bit bucket, TFS, Code Linters, Code Scanners, Code Coverage tools, Selenium Web Driver and grid/ Watir, Cucumber, NUNIT/JUNIT/TESTNG, etc.
Understanding and implementation of CI/CD/Dev Ops practices, lean methodologies
Core Competencies:
Hands-on experience with Web services virtualization, mocking and stubbing, API test automation, UI automation
Experience with creating dashboards/ providing insights on quality to the larger organization.
Experience with Agile and Kanban Development Practices
Highly organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about achieving results
Ability to effectively inspire and influence teams and partners in delivering technology-enabled business solutions that exceed business expectations
Demonstrated ability to define, drive and communicate strategy and vision and influence across the organization is essential
Preferences:
Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
Experience with driving transformation at scale
Pay Range:
$115,100-$191,900/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
