Vice President of Clinical Operations

A growing behavioral health organization is looking for a Vice President of Clinical Operations to oversee multi-state clinical performance and lead a high-impact operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a clinical background who has transitioned into operations and enjoys running a KPI-driven, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead clinical operations across multiple behavioral health service lines


• Oversee clinical directors and develop high-performing teams


• Own KPIs, productivity metrics, performance dashboards, and operational discipline


• Manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, and financial decision making


• Strengthen processes, workflows, and clinical outcomes across sites


• Support integration efforts, growth initiatives, and regional expansion


• Partner across departments to drive consistent operational execution


• Travel within the Northeast to support site performance

Requirements


• Licensed mental health clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or similar)


• 5 to 10 plus years of leadership experience in behavioral or mental health operations


• Background in a private-equity environment or previously acquired company preferred


• Strong history of KPI management and running a metrics-driven operation


• Multi-site leadership experience required


• Solid understanding of P&L oversight and financial levers


• Able to step into a clinical environment and understand the day-to-day

• Hybrid role with regular presence required at the Red Bank HQ


• Northeast travel involved


• January start preferred (open to December)
