Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering exceptional food service to our guests. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food preparation and have a keen interest in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Duties

  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking various ingredients according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support the cooking staff during peak hours by preparing ingredients and assisting with cooking tasks as needed.
  • Participate in the setup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring all food service areas are well-stocked and ready for service.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Adhere to all health regulations related to food handling and preparation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is required.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A passion for food service and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field.
