What You'll Do:
  • Greet customers and identify their automotive service needs.
  • Provide accurate repair estimates and schedule service appointments.
  • Keep customers updated on their vehicle's status and repair progress.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
  • Upsell recommended maintenance and services as needed.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and service history.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve concerns professionally.

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Automotive knowledge and experience in a service advisor role.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in an automotive repair facility preferred.
