Arch Capital Services, LLC., seeks Senior Architect in White Plains, NY

Job Duties:
Identify and architect build solutions, leading on implementation, securing, upgrading and the continuous improvement for all aspects EUS and EUC solutions. Conduct research, and translate that information into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to support the collaborative development of a global EUS roadmap. In support or Arch's cloud adoption strategies – ensure a consistent EUC implementation of end user-centric, value driven technology as well as architect and implement build configurations for new laptops, desktops and mobile devices. Collaborate with business analysts, infrastructure engineers, application engineers, desktop support specialists and IT leadership to ensure proposed initiatives are aligned with Arch's vision. Own and manage EUX solution architecture roadmaps and blueprints. Create high level solution models and architectures for all aspects of EUX and Desktop design. Work collaboratively to create EUC target architecture. Deliver and manage cloud-based SAAS solutions at enterprise scale. Act as EUX design authority on projects with an EUX touchpoint to ensure adherence to standards. Work with other architects and engineers to ensure high quality digital voice, data and video solutions are available regardless of location or device. Provide leadership in configuring and deploying software or applications for individual or mass distribution using automated toolsets. Assist with 3rd line desktop support and problem resolution to provide guidance and leadership as required. Interface with senior executives, partners, vendors, and deliver technical solutions for their EUC needs. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and monitor or adopt product roadmaps related to desktop technology.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology (any) or related field plus 10 years of experience in the job offered or as EUC Architect, IT Analyst, or related positions.

Must have:

• 5 years of experience in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing enterprise End user services with diverse technologies from multiple vendors on a large enterprise and global scale.
• 5 years of experience in provisioning, migrating, and managing end user computing and related services.
• 3 years of experience working with cloud based SAAS solutions.
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft infrastructure and application technologies Active Directory or InTune.
• 3 years of experience with cloud and virtualization technologies: Microsoft DaaS, Citrix DaaS services, or VMware.

Able to telecommute from any location within the US. National travel required 10% of the time to attend in-person meetings and vendor conferences.

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.

$200,634 to $271,446 per year (White Plains, NY)

• Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
