We pay our HVAC Installation Technician Lead a competitive wage of $25-35/hour based on experience and will be paid at a piece rate/paid per job. We are also currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN LEAD

Experience installing split systems, package units, ductless systems, ductwork, dehumidifiers, indoor air quality products, and zoning systemsEnvironmental Protection Agency (EPA) universal licenseValid driver's license and a good driving recordAbility to perform the physical requirements of the position, such as working in extreme temperatures and small spacesAbility to work after hours as well as occasional weekend and holiday shifts
