Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Buyer Planner , located in Minneapolis, MN. The Buyer Planner will be responsible for selecting and purchasing quality products for the store, managing inventory levels, negotiating with suppliers, and planning product assortments. The role involves analyzing market trends, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and ensuring that the right products are available to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Selection and purchasing skills, including negotiating with suppliers
  • Inventory management and product assortment planning skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences
  • Coordination with sales and marketing teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
